Welcome to Lashed by Lisa (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website or booking any services, trainings, or products through www.lashedbylisa.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Business Information

Services offered include but are not limited to:

  • Eyelash extension services

  • Lash refills and removals

  • Lash training and education

  • Digital products and educational materials

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book services or training.

  • Training participants must meet all prerequisites listed at the time of enrollment.

  • Minors are not permitted unless explicitly approved with written parental consent.

3. Booking Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked online through our website.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing appointment details before confirming.

  • Appointment confirmations are sent via email or text.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and trainings.

  • Deposits are applied toward the total service cost.

  • Remaining balances are due at the time of the appointment.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled.

  • Appointments delayed beyond 15 minutes may be considered a no-show.

  • Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

  • No refunds on completed services

  • No refunds on deposits

  • No refunds on lash trainings

  • No refunds on digital products

Results vary and dissatisfaction does not constitute eligibility for a refund.

8. Lash Training Terms

  • Training fees are non-refundable.

  • Your seat is reserved once payment is made.

  • Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full prior to training.

  • Missed training days are not refundable or transferable.

  • Lash models (if required) are the responsibility of the student unless otherwise stated.

  • Certificates are issued only upon completion of required coursework.

9. Training Kits & Materials

  • Kits remain the property of the student upon completion.

  • Training materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or reproduced.

  • Replacement kits or supplies may incur additional fees.

10. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary based on:

  • Natural lash health

  • Aftercare compliance

  • Lifestyle factors

Lashed by Lisa does not guarantee identical results between clients or students.

11. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions including:

  • Allergies

  • Eye infections

  • Sensitivities

  • Recent cosmetic procedures

We reserve the right to refuse service if safety is a concern.

Patch testing is recommended for new clients.

12. Assumption of Risk

By booking services or training, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with eyelash services including, but not limited to:

  • Temporary irritation

  • Allergic reactions

  • Eye sensitivity

13. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service for:

  • Safety concerns

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Failure to follow policies

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, training materials, manuals, videos, and documents are protected intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

Lashed by Lisa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services or training.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
